Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service to all clients, we request that you inform us of cancellations in advance.   Rescheduling in advance will often result in more (earlier) options for a new date.  Appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be forfeited.

A note from Justin:  

Hi all, the cancellation policy does not pertain to illness or emergency type situations.  I try to be as flexible as possible about these.  For other situations, this policy will be strictly enforced.  I provide calendar invitations and the website dashboard to help everyone keep track of appointments.

A note about weather:  

Outdoor sessions can be relocated to avoid weather related issues.  I do training in all types of weather, so advanced notice is required to reschedule if the weather is a concern and meeting inside is not an option.

Appointments

Appointments are offered Saturday through Wednesday on first come first serve basis.  You may book as many appointments as you'd like as far in advance as you'd like regardless of what package you plan to sign up for. 

The calendar does tend to book several months in advance, so planning ahead is always beneficial.  If you need an appointment sooner, you can click below to subscribe to the email list for openings that become available as others reschedule.  These emails go out every Friday at 6:30pm.  If we haven't spoken yet, please reach out to discuss the training process prior to scheduling your first appointment.   

If you are concerned about needing an appointment sooner, we may be able to schedule an "overtime" session on a day when the schedule is already otherwise booked for an additional fee of $75.  Availability for this is also sometimes limited, so if you think you, may need one, please don't wait to reach out!

Refund Policy

Unused sessions may be returned for any reason within six months of purchase. Returned amount will be calculated as the amount paid minus the minimum rate for the number of sessions used.
 

For example:

Single sessions are $120/hr.  Packages are $100/hr. 
Three sessions used from six session package = $600 - (3 x $120) = $240.
Four sessions used from six session package = $600 - (4 x $100) = $200.

Pricing

A deposit of $120 must be received at least one week prior to the first scheduled session in order to reserve the appointment(s).  This deposit will be applied to whichever session or package you select.  The deposit is nonrefundable for cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

The following three options are available for private sessions.  All sessions are one hour long.  You can choose the option that fits you best at the end of your first session.  Packages must be paid in full upon selection.
